This policy explains what information Legion Leadership LLC collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

It covers three places:

  • leadwithlegion.com and www.leadwithlegion.com, our main site
  • audit.leadwithlegion.com, where the Leadership Alignment Audit runs
  • blueprint.leadwithlegion.com, where The Hollow at Home Blueprint is sold and delivered

It also covers the emails we send you and the ads we run on LinkedIn.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • When you start the Audit: your first name and your email address.
  • When you take the Audit: your answers to 25 statements, the section scores those answers produce, and the tier your total falls into.
  • When you respond to an ad on LinkedIn: if you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn passes us your first name, last name, email address, job title, and company size, along with your answers to the two questions on the form. LinkedIn fills most of those fields in from your profile before you submit.
  • When you book a call: your name, email address, the time you selected, and anything you type into the booking notes.
  • When you buy something: your name, email address, billing address, and the details of your order. Card numbers go directly to our payment processor. We do not see or store them.
  • When you use the chat widget or a contact form: whatever you type, plus your name, email address, and phone number if you provide them.
  • When you email us: the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit any of our sites, our platforms and analytics tools record technical details about the visit: your IP address, browser, operating system, device type, the page you landed on, the site or ad that referred you, the pages you viewed, and the campaign tags (UTM parameters) attached to the link you clicked.

We use that to understand which ads and pages actually work. It is not used to identify you personally, though it can be connected to you if you later give us your email address.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information. Please do not send them to us.

Why we use it

  • To deliver the Audit and send you your results.
  • To send you the emails you signed up for.
  • To schedule and hold calls you book.
  • To fulfill and support anything you purchase.
  • To answer you when you get in touch.
  • To measure which ads, pages, and emails are working, and to stop paying for the ones that are not.
  • To show our ads to people who look like our audience, and to avoid showing them to people who have already responded.
  • To keep the sites working, secure, and free of abuse.
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with other companies so they can market to you.

Cookies, pixels, and analytics

Our sites use cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary to make the site work. Others measure traffic or support advertising. The named tools are:

  • Squarespace. Hosts and serves our main site. Runs on leadwithlegion.com.
  • ClickFunnels. Hosts the Audit and Blueprint funnels, and records visit details including IP address, device, referrer, and campaign tags. Runs on audit.leadwithlegion.com and blueprint.leadwithlegion.com.
  • Google Analytics 4. Aggregate traffic and behavior reporting. Runs on leadwithlegion.com.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag. Measures ad performance and builds retargeting audiences. Runs on all three sites.
  • TikTok Pixel. Measures ad performance. Runs on leadwithlegion.com.
  • LeadConnector chat widget. Runs the chat window and stores the conversation. Runs on leadwithlegion.com.
  • Google reCAPTCHA. Blocks automated form spam. Runs on leadwithlegion.com forms.

You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may break parts of the sites, including the Audit.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can control LinkedIn's ad targeting in your LinkedIn account under Settings, Data privacy, Advertising data. You can control TikTok's ad personalization in your TikTok account settings.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the companies that run parts of our business for us, and only so they can do that work. Those are, by category:

  • Website and funnel hosting: Squarespace, ClickFunnels
  • Email delivery: Google Workspace, ClickFunnels
  • Scheduling and video calls: ClickFunnels Appointments, Zoom
  • Payments: our payment processor, which handles card details directly
  • Analytics and advertising: Google, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Chat and CRM: LeadConnector

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, if we need to protect our rights or someone's safety, or if the business is sold or merged.

Email

If you give us your email address, we will send you your Audit results and a short sequence of follow-up emails related to what you asked for. We may also send occasional messages about Legion Leadership.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Use it and we stop. We will still send you transactional messages you asked for, such as a receipt or a booking confirmation.

How long we keep it

We keep contact records and Audit responses for as long as you are on our list and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can honor unsubscribe requests and meet record-keeping obligations. Order and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can:

  • Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any of them.
  • Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it.

To make any of these requests, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, or another state with a consumer privacy law, you have specific rights to know, correct, delete, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, or to opt out of targeted advertising, email us using the address below and say what you want. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Security

We use platforms that encrypt data in transit and require authenticated access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that ours is. Do not send us sensitive information you would not want exposed.

Children

Our services are for adults, and the work we do is aimed at senior professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
